3. Return Process

To process a return:

  2. Wait for return approval confirmation.

  3. Ship the product to the provided return address.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
